Group Classes in Wake Forest
Rebel Moves Pilates has various types of Pilates are available in open group classes, and anyone can sign up. Our Pilates classes provide that exclusive club feeling because we limit our sessions to 6 people. This establishes a safe and focused experience for every participant. Our skilled instructors will guide you thoroughly for maximum benefit every time.
First Time Visitors
For those who are new to Rebel Moves Pilates, we welcome you! Before you get started, we would like to mention a few considerations. We take pride in our attention to detail and are passionate about quality which sets us apart from standard gym club Pilates. We would like to introduce some guidelines:
We recommend form fitting clothing and shorts with liners or yoga style pants. Some of our movements will involve unusual positions such as legs in the air etc. We also need to be able to see your body to make corrections and check the proper alignment during movement – loose clothing hinders this benefit to you.
Please tie up long hair, men and women alike. Otherwise, your hair may get caught in the springs of the equipment.
We appreciate if you come early to classes so that we may begin on time.
Remember to hydrate! We have water and tea available, and you are welcome to bring your own drink.

Our group sessions are a great way to meet new people in a private club atmosphere, where we are all friends. Pilates compliments any active lifestyle or physical therapy.
