Our private sessions are available for single individuals, or 2-4 person private groups. These sessions offer privacy and exclusive focus for those who prefer to practice Pilates with people known to them. The advantage is individualized attention to your specific needs and tailored session design.
For those who are new to Rebel Moves Pilates, we welcome you! Before you get started, we would like to mention a few considerations. We take pride in our attention to detail and are passionate about quality which sets us apart from standard gym club Pilates. We would like to introduce some guidelines:
Before Your First Session
We recommend form fitting clothing and shorts with liners or yoga style pants. Some of our movements will involve unusual positions such as legs in the air etc. We also need to be able to see your body to make corrections and check the proper alignment during movement – loose clothing hinders this benefit to you.
Please tie up long hair, men and women alike. Otherwise, your hair may get caught in the springs of the equipment.
We appreciate if you come early to classes so that we may begin on time.
Remember to hydrate! We have water and tea available, and you are welcome to bring your own drink.
If you have any special needs or conditions, please contact us ahead of time so that we may accommodate.
